Covid-19 update: We continue to process online orders to all states in the US and Canada with longer delivery times.
We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition.
Please email Customer Service with your order number before you ship your package back so we know to expect it. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will email you a credit voucher that can be used in any of our US stores or online.

Mud is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier.

Any breakages in shipment must be reported to Mud Australia within 7 days of receiving the shipment (do not ship broken pieces back to us).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.
