Covid-19 update: We continue to process online orders to all states in the US and Canada with longer delivery times.

Shipping process

Online orders are shipped via UPS.

Online orders are processed and dispatched within two-three business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately ten-twelve weeks for the items to be handmade in Sydney and shipped internationally. Once your order has arrived in the US, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Store pick-up

Currently we do not offer in-store pickup online, however you can get in touch with our stores and place an order over the phone to collect from our Brooklyn or LA showroom. Click here for store details.

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders for items which are returned in their original, unused condition. Click here for more details.
